While there is a splash of difficult terrain located on the backside, Kimberley is widely known as a family friendly resort with plenty of well maintained beginner and intermediate runs. But hey, for an intermediate hill what else do you want? Crowds, lines, ice, fog, rain? Sorry, that's found a few kilometres east! Kimberley seems more than happy to keep its status as humble hidden gem in the Kootenays.
