🌄 Peaks of Canmore: Canmore has so many legendary mountains surrounding it we figured we'd throw them all into one frame. From EEOR (East End of Rundle) and Ha Ling Peak in the southwest to Mount Lady MacDonald and Grotto Mountain to the northeast, this mountain town is enclosed by giants. Can you believe that some crazy people decide to trail run all four of these peaks in a single day? It's called doing the Canmore Quad, named after the number of peaks you'll summit and the muscles in your body that will never recover.
And of course there is no forgetting the iconic Three Sisters. The Big Sister and Middle Sister can both be summited in a day by experienced scramblers, but just like any other youngest sibling, the Little Sister is more challenging to manage and requires technical mountaineering skills. But like the best of families, they come together to form a stunning visage overlooking the Bow Valley and the beautiful town of Canmore.
