The resort's charm lies not only in its challenging slopes but also in its unique blend of European influence in the village and rich cultural experience in the town of Taos mid the New Mexico desert. 

While its not the largest resort with 1,294 acres, it caters primarily to strong intermediates and experts, renowned for its black and double black trails, chutes and off-piste terrains. AKA, this place is a friend to epic riders, and hell for people's knees. Toas experiences variable snowfall, but when it snows, expect the most beautiful champagne powder. The vibe at Taos is relaxed, potentially because there are so many visitors from Texas. So brush up on your Texan lingo so that y'all will fit in when you decide to visit.
